Peaches & Cream Spread

This Peaches & Cream Spread is a simple and delicious blend of cream cheese, butter, and fresh peaches. It’s an easy-to-make spread that’s perfect for a weekend breakfast or a sweet snack, offering a light, fruity, and creamy flavor that pairs wonderfully with toast, muffins, or pancakes.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Cream Butter and Cream Cheese: In a large bowl, add the ½ cup of room-temperature butter and the 8 oz of cream cheese. Mix with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is light and airy.
  2. Add Peaches and Sugar:Ā Add theĀ 1 cup of finely diced peachesĀ andĀ 2 tablespoons of powdered sugarĀ to the butter and cream cheese mixture. Mix for aboutĀ 1 minuteĀ until everything is well combined.
  3. Chill to Set:Ā Transfer the spread to an airtight container and store it in the fridge. Allow it to set forĀ 1-2 hoursĀ or overnight for the flavors to fully develop.
  4. Serve:Ā Serve the chilled spread on toast, English muffins, pancakes, or whatever you enjoy.

Note:Ā The spread will keep for 3-5 days in the fridge, but this will depend on the ripeness of the fruit used.
